• Make sure you get a full refund by returning your undamaged, unopened item(s) with the content packaging in the original, intact condition to the address below.

  • Please fill out the form below for a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returned merchandise without an RMA#.

  • Refund payment process will be credited back to the card used for payment in the amount of the purchase. If the card has expired, a check will be issued.

  • Do not return any items via COD; our returns department cannot accept COD returns.

  • Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

    • Returned items must be enclosed in their original packaging.

    • Include original invoice or other contact information to reach you if needed. If you don’t have your original invoice, you can include your order confirmation you received when placing your order.

    • Original packaging that has been torn open or damaged cannot be accepted. You will be given the option for us to disregard the product or to be charged shipping to re-ship it out to you.
    • Please pack your returns securely enough to prevent damage in transit. If we receive a damaged item, we have no way of knowing when the damage occurred and will not be able to accept it as a return. BPX360 is not responsible for any damage or loss of returned packages.
    • Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds on damaged or used items.

    BPX360, LLC. stands behind the Product we sell with regards to manufacturing defects, workmanship and material for ninety (90) days to the original purchaser. We will do everything in our power to take care of any Product issues.

    BPX360 will not be responsible for any other expenses incurred by the customer under the terms of the warranty, nor shall it be responsible for any damages, consequential, special, contingent, or otherwise; or expenses or injury arising directly or indirectly from the use of any BPX360 product or service.

    Exclusions from coverage – this Limited Warranty shall not apply and BPX360 has no liability under this Limited Warranty if the Product: is modified or tampered with; is damaged by Acts of God, misuse, abuse, negligence, accident, wear and tear, mishandling, misapplication, or other causes unrelated to defects in product; – modified or altered; – is damaged during shipments; is not used in accordance with the accompanying documentation and use instructions; or – is used for commercial purposes (including rental or lease);or is repaired.

    Any Product replaced under this Limited Warranty will be warranted for the remainder of the original term or 30 days from the date of shipment of the item back to you, whichever is longer.
